ELIŠKA BENEŠOVÁ
Dancer, instructor and performer from the Czech Republic.
She studied a range of dance techniques, both at Prague schools (Dance Conservatory of Prague, Duncan Centre Conservatory) and abroad (Escuela profesional de danza de Mazatlan, Mexico).
She is dedicated to her own artistic creation, but also to singing and writing song lyrics. She currently works as a dance instructor at the DC Conservatory and is involved in children’s dance creation in cooperation with the dance studio FRI.DA in Děčín.
Since 2017, she has actively studied and developed movement within the Fighting Monkey educational program, founded by Jozef Fruček (SK) and Linda Kapetanou (GR). Together with Jakub Zeman (CZ), as independent FM lecturers and instructors, they lead workshops for professionals and enthusiasts across various disciplines in the Czech Republic and abroad within festivals and in cooperation with institutions (Academy of Musical Arts, Prague 2022, Laterna fest, Prague 2022, Tanzwerkstatt Festival, Munich 2020, Habitat Center, Oaxaca, Mexico 2020, dance schools: Mazatlán, Pachuca, Guadalajara, Hermosillo, Mexico 2019.)
